I’ve been wrestling with personal prayer (mostly with my lack of extended prayer). I know that prayer unleashes God’s power. I know Satan doesn’t want us to pray. Yet Jesus was clear- “My house shall be a house of prayer for all nations.” Pray with me. Most of us have family members and friends who are unsaved. We need God’s power to work through us to reach our community with the gospel. We know people who are in desparate need of physical or emotional healing. Pray… pray…

February 16, 2008New Beginnings
February 12, 2008For those of you who missed Sunday, you really missed something special! The Holy Spirit moved in a powerful way, and nearly 100 people came forward to indicate a call on their lives for short-term or full-time missions! In the course of life, some things are just plain hard. God expects us to make right spiritual decisions, whether or not they’re easy. Over the past several months, many of you have been crying out for deeper levels of intimacy in worship. The elders and staff at The Crossing are in agreement with you. We are committed to passionate, Christ-centered worship. Our commitment is to provide each of you with the opportunity to pour out your heart in worship and praise. We moved away from that commitment in recent months, and ask your forgiveness. Pray for us now as we seek a new leader for this vital ministry. Remember to praise God for the annointed leadership he is currently providing! You are an incredible church!!
Monday, Monday
February 5, 2008I know it sounds a little weird, but i actually like Mondays. We have our staff meeting, pray together, discuss our week in ministry. Monday brings with it a fresh start, a new week with unlimited opportunity. Who will God bring into your life this week? What major opportunity will cross your path? What simple act on your part will bring a smile to someone who desperately needs a little kindness? The Crossing is a church on the move, but only if we get up on Monday, thank God for a new start, and move! Thanks for checking in! -Pastor Brad
